This might be our next big feature. The ability to spend while offline with a preloaded budget.

Thoughts? Would you use this? The biggest hurdle would be that you can't spend the sats you preloaded normally. You would have to refund them back into your wallet. And keep reloading as you draw down the balance.

Federated NWC zap budgets that can be spent from while offline might have to be our next big feature. We can still even do NWC back to the wallet to reload the balance even it runs out.
