When I was experimenting with nutrition, I lost ~15 lbs in 6-8 weeks with the combination of keto + intermittent fasting. I did that for about 8 months, then tried carnivore for a month, and been on a mostly balanced diet since then and stayed at the same weight since. Only constant for me has been the intermittent fasting. There’s no one size fits all, best thing to do is learn what your body likes and doesn’t like and stick to what makes you feel good.
