Had Donald Trump been unsuccessful at delaying the news of his having sex with a porn star from becoming public, he never would have been elected president.
And subsequently, because of Trump's status as a president and now a former president, he's been able to repeatedly and profoundly abuse the justice system to a much greater depth and breadth.
These facts should be taken into account when deciding his punishment.
