I am looking for a #linux based word processor that handles MS Word files seamlessly. I can't spend time fiddling.
For me, that means it has to "save as" a true Word doc and must be able to open docx files faithfully and handle track changes and tables seamlessly.
Does such a thing exist? I am not confident that Libre Office fits this bill.
The input of lawyers who use such programs is particularly welcome.
