With my little episode last week. A 111 call led to a first responder, about 10 mins. Which led to an ambulance, about 20 mins. Which led to a free taxi to A&E about 20 mins. Then triaged in the time taken to do a Fedi post!
They stabilised me at home and I assume were happy enough to dispense with A&E handover.
