I have loved many of his movies so much that I'll give it a shot, but I honestly couldn't make it through The French Dispatch or Asteroid City because they were just TOO MUCH WES. It just ended up feeling kind of Wes Anderson Inception-y to me, if that makes any sense.
That said, what a great director!
