I was reading one yesterday about editing a file that was in XML format but it was clear the person had no idea what XML was or how to use it and probably no HTML either. They had useful info like where the files are and values to use and so on but then couldn't figure out why something they edited didn't work when in one place they copy/pasted a self-closing tag before/after a block and in another case they opened a block with a self-closing tag and ended with an opening tag.
