I was just reminded that the other thing I'm especially proud of with my garden is that it is grown almost entirely with reclaimed water.
I live in CA where water conservation is a big deal, and we save every bit of water we can — a bucket in the shower for when the water is warming up, a pitcher in the sink for the last rinse when handwashing dishes, etc.
I have ~20 plants, and I've only watered with the hose twice this year.
