Three former high-ranking officials of the Venezuelan government of Hugo #Chavez -the former Minister of Finance Rafael Eduardo Isea and the former Vice Ministers Nervis Villalobos and Javier Alvarado- will testify as witnesses this Tuesday in the case opened in #Spain for alleged #investigations to the leftist political party #Podemos outside #judicial control.
