The most shocking part of the housesitting gig was the pantry.
Even when I was at my sickest and heaviest, I never ate the shit those people eat.
If your pantry is full of packaged convenience meals, man, I just don’t get it.
Blew my mind & made me realize how radically I have changed my life and how different it is to have a pantry loaded with beans, grains, flours, nuts, and other dried goods, but nothing processed.
It kills me how people spend so much time in the gym then eat like that.
