To say that "cyclists always break the law" is an attempt to directly compare the guy who hits the gas to make his left turn in front of traffic before they can move on a green light, with the cyclist who gets forced onto the sidewalk because staying on the road would mean certain death. They are not the same. The reason cyclists break laws is because the laws they break are autocentric and do not make them safe. /3
