could You please shed some light for outsiders on a few questions regarding NPO? As I understand, that's the public broadcaster of Netherlands. So, it makes me wonder, what's their model of operation? Do they have some board which does the decisions, etc? How much ties do they have with government in general? How do You personally see them as organisation?
Context: in some conference people were complaining that jazz feels like being shadow banned.
