they need to find ways to better embrace emerging categories. They ultimately whiffed on both hearing aids and electric scooters/bikes. They failed to adequately train the work force and also struggle with limited in store selections. They’re still leaning on the same old categories of products thus relying on people buying more of the same old stuff.
