Am I mastodoning wrong? I like to go to the most recent, newest post, then scroll down. It’s like time travel. And when I hit an interesting but inscrutable reply, I expand and shoot up to the top of the thread and decide if I want to read them all. Then back to main feed and I can scroll down, skipping all those I’ve read in expanded threads.
Never even thought about trying to read in order, or read everything, that way leads to madness. It’s just always a fascinating snapshot.
