LOL. We all have a specific number of fat cells. How full of fat they are is determined by how much excess energy you put into your body. It's not somehow a good thing to have these fat cells full of fat, it's just that it's better for it to be in there than doing damage in your body.
Fat people turn over their fat cells more rapidly because of the stress all of that fat is doing to those cells:
