You could “delete” your account by going to the settings but it’s really just a crude way of preventing your reentry into Damus. You could take your private key and go to any other client.
Regarding your second point, he can’t do anything about it lol just boilerplate text. If people post anything on relays and connect to those same relays via their Damus client, the Damus app will show that content.
