You can never become a true leader or should not be put in a powerful leadership position when you have not healed from the indoctrinations of racism, misogyny, homo or trans phobia etc.
Many humans who are still indoctrinated with these characteristics have it stem from parental and family influences and/or from personal experiences through life.
The worst thing any group or organisations with influence could have is low EQ leadership.
