Well, I asked: If you are an AirPods Max user and you want the new USB-C version and you rely on 3.5mm cable audio input, there is currently no solution for you. Apple doesn't sell that cable. I suspect they will, eventually, but at launch they don’t and other cables probably won't work. 🙄
