If you are struggling to get customer service from a larger company, a fun trick is to create a Slack workspace that allows automatic sign up from said companies domain. Then give it a few days and employees from the company will start rolling in on accident because they selected the wrong workspace. At which point you’ve created a private direct line to customer service.
