#WritingWonders Day 6/28. If your MC could live anywhere in our world, where would they choose?
Cordwainer does live in our world, in the city of York in England. The question is not where but when.
I doubt he'd like 21st century York -- too noisy, all that automobile exhaust except for in the tourist area and then there are all those tourists.
He wouldn't want to leave England, so he'd probably look for a smaller town or village, somewhere off the beaten path if possible, where there are not so many cars, not so many tourists. Somewhere quiet.
