I fing is notable the last one mentioned the "toxic old male clubs" and how they are dismantling them. I've played rugby for 10 years and I've noticed at my university that the sports folks are coming after the club, there's always an HR bitch watching practice, we keep getting complaints about "problematic language" on the pitch, and they are just itching for one of us to fingerblast a drunk chick. I find this noticed because this club has literally turned failing students into 4.0s because of the pressure to be excellent in all aspects of life the permeates rugby culture. I also don't think it's a coincidence that the girls team has simultaneously been getting a huge push by the school.
