So this is pretty cool, I'm definitely going to be exploring the BTCPay server account, and what I can build off of it

Sure, it basically is a bitcoin/Lightning payment processor and store. Your acct was purchased with the same server, store page below.
You can create payment buttons, shops, manage checkouts, etc.
Basically if you want to build a bitcoin store, you would use the BTCPay server to create the backend payment processing, links, etc.
