to meet future demand (at the current level of 'service') - £8bn
to (also) improve access - £12bn (in total)
or to cover the full costs (i.e. no further recipient contributions) - £15bn (in total)
or to do both & restructure whole social care system - £18bn
That's 6% more a year from now!
