The vitality of Riesling is always amazing. Of my '01s, this has shown more nuances of age than most--many are ridiculously youthful--with darker color, some burnished notes. But it's still remarkably vibrant, a backbone of zesty acidity mingling with a bit of sugar for a juicy, tense finish. It's hanging in great, which is good; happily have some left.
