Interesting. Very methodical. I’m helter-skelter. I know what sort of story, I know what I want to happen, the characters are bits of wishful thinking mixed with my experiences & authors I’ve read. The narrative is the road they must travel to get to the end. While on that road, things seem to suggest themselves. I’ve lately switched genres so it’s a bit more difficult as I need more characters. I try to think it’s like building a doghouse. You know what you need to build it.
