I cooked potatoes to make potato salad to go with my chicken for dinner only to discover after they were done that I don't have any mayonnaise (miracle whip for me). I also don't have any of the ingredients that can be used as a substitute or any of the ingredients to change the recipe, at all. I refuse to make mashed potatoes, and I'm not going to the store tonight just for mayo. UGH.
Potato salad will be part of dinner tomorrow.
