A benchmark requirement for doctors to meet for both their employers and the insurance companies.
A reduction in the quality of life to support an often statistically marginal improvement in mortality.
The wrong choice based on individual markers and circumstances. One size never fits all.
I believe in science, medicine, a doctor's education -- but I will not blindly follow advice that may not be in my best interest.
