I like when a local pizza place has a website from which you can order online. If I have to use Seamless or Grubhub or Google, I am displeased.
I am still a bit displeased if I have to use Shopify but I interact with people who work at Shopify on a regular-enough basis that I think I can actually consider parts of that company people.
