I was digging into old stuff a while ago and found out the government used Inkscape and all on school computers around the 2000s and 2010s.
Another one is #GIMP.
The catch? They have it as under “GIMPshop” so it’s just modified GIMP to look like photoshop.
There is no circle tool.
Were these guys just hesitant to pay for #Adobe or stuff lmao. Nowadays I can use Adobe stuff for free under my school until I leave school
