All Alby requires is an email address. I use SimpleLogin to generate throwaway emails that aren't used for anything else. Alby can connect to your node and send sats that way. I found that to be a bit slow (probably a hardware/internet speed bottleneck on my end) so I ended up using Alby in a custodial way with a small amount of sats (I only keep a max of 100k sats on there at any time). It's not ideal from a sovereign cypherpunk perspective but it's the most efficient solution I've found. There are other wallets you can use I'm sure but I don't have experience with those.
