#Threads will come to the #EU next week! Will it start to federate at the same time? That would be a fitting end for this year, wouldn't it?
It began with #Mastodon on top of the alternatives for #Twitter. The it got a bit (!) quieter around here. Threads was announced and had a big start only to lose momentum to #Bluesky. If Threads now becomes a part of the #fediverse, it will be a whole new ball game. Who would still need Bluesky - and Twitter?
