I have asked this question in another bike enthusiast and their answer was 'why don't they just buy e-bikes'. This is a stupid suggestion considering a) many e-bikes are too expensive an investment for countries like that b) They still put them vulnerable to the scorching heat, only a little better than using a regular car c) Their highways were already made with large automobiles in mind
