# Temporary Housing Support in Tampa
Good afternoon everyone!
I hope this message finds you well! I wanted to reach out because I could really use your help right now. I'm going through a big transition period [(you can read more about my journey here)](https://posts.type.ai/the-torah-of-traie/four-times-homeless), and while some amazing friends have already stepped up to help with immediate stuff like bank fees and temporary housing (thank you!), I'm still working on getting fully back on my feet.
## The Immediate Need
I know money's tight for everyone these days, but I'm trying to pull together $500 to prepay a week at the West Wing Boutique extended stay hotel on Fowler Avenue, Tampa, Florida., or at enough to cover a cheap room somewhere for 2 or 3 days. This would give me a crucial cushion until my first paycheck comes in. 
**The Good News:** We don't need any big donations to make this work. Even if folks can chip in $20 or $30, it'll add up fast!
