I'm not sure about "all-time fave", but I got into gaming a lot later than most gamers my age and Super Mario: Legend of the Seven Stars holds a special place in my heart. My husband (bf at the time?) introduced me to it and I had a blast, despite struggling with some climbing in Nimbus Land. Also the early Final Fantasy games (ah, 8 bits and Spoony Bards).
Toodee and Topdee is the only game on the list that really appeals to me. I like puzzles almost as much as P&C adventures.
