I don't get why so many people just want their villains to be pure evil, black and white.
I don't see what's appealing about that.
I mean, no, they don't have to be redeemable, Arkham's Harley Quinn is not redeemable. Or, at the very least, she doesn't deserve redemption.
But she's still interesting and sympathetic with how she tried to do good, was cast away, and the only person who took her was the goddamned Joker.
I don't quite get why people want more "yea just make this one one sick bastard who does nothing but evil for no real reason"
