I would think so. My biggest cat, Fatboy, is always cuddling up to grandma who is in charge of the kitchen. Grandma is, let's just say, the most food motivated person in the household. It's safe to say he knows who to suck up to. Sycophant is self-sufficient, like mother, but she's not very social. I don't think she has a favorite person.
Slut is cuddly and sleepy like I am. He also whines a lot. Clings to me all the time.
