I know we're supposed to be all saintly and like "oh I'll wear a mask forever it's always fine in every way!" but it's NOT fine for me, so many n95 masks give me crushing headaches after multiple days in a row, it's a mfking sensory nightmare, plus after chronic respiratory peril I genuinely find the awareness of my breathing horrible. I still do it of course I do it!! But I am very sad about it and it seriously limits how long I can do many masked days in a row.
