Being on #nostr only a limited time, the culture here feels like the early #bitcoin days, i.e. BitcoinTalk forum days, i.e. original "HODL" post. You're somewhere in between the "Innovator" and "Early Adopter" phases of the Rogers curve... The user experience isn't *quite* ready for mainstream yet, but it's good enough that you don't have to be an actual coder to use it.
And just like in those days, this phase of innovation in particular attracts a delightfully weird, idiosyncratic and quirky crowd.
