In hindsight I wouldn't have bought the thermomix.
The idea was it would improve my ability to get a varied diet. It hasn't. I found it did help me plan a varied diet, but the execution still burns me out pretty bad if I'm under stress.
That said, it's a pretty fantastic device for when I'm not stressed AF. Got to say the ability to just put ingredients in and have some pretty awesome food come out the other side is amazing and I want to take advantage of the thing I paid out the nose for more in the future.
So not great for its intended purpose, but I think I'll probably be able to extract the value for money out of it over the next few years.
