In #NYS, there's no option to vote "uncommitted", "no preference" or any other write-in variation on same. Prominent warning that any mark outside the three options provided invalidates the ballot.
This as we're learning that near one in five participants in the Democratic Minnesota primary have voted uncommitted, over one in ten in North Carolina, near one in ten in Massachusetts.
