270 seconds of plank
11 minutes of yoga for runners
11 minutes of strength training
10 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)
10 KM of #Cycling (0°C, 100% humidity, and 4 km/hr wind)

New record time for plank and longest run since the end of July. I'm very pleased. Ankle's holding, so yay!

Off to bike over to a new client to nicely explain how they're doing it all wrong, and that we can fix it together.

Really enjoying the finally cooler weather.
