i have never seen a person who makes over $300k a year successfully fill out a pdf asking for their address & DOB on the first attempt.
broke people who are constantly means-tested and time-taxed get so good at menial paperwork because of a fear if they fill out any shit incorrectly it could ruin their life for the next year.
but like any person who has investment properties reacts to dull paperwork like a waiter just deposited some different table's appetizer in front of them.
