So I know you are all sentimental about new year and all...

But I don't feel it here.
We are backwards here, we don't start anything new, nor we finish any year now.
I'm enjoying my summer and I had an ugly winter.
We are in the year's zenith. On top of a wave.

Yet you know... people here copy the new year and Christmas celebrations. It's crooked and In the last years I tended to ignore the festivities... It just doesn't make any sense to me.

And I really think it is detrimental here to set goals for the "starting year" and to make plans and think something starts a new when actually is decaying.

Our bodies and all nature starts to go slowly into autumn and winter.
sleep mode, lack of movement, conservation of energy.
No wonder we fail our goals within two weeks of January
