We were able to tour the Toronto Power Station back in the day when someone was trying to save it. It remains closed but across the Niagara Parkway, another power station has been transformed and while I haven't seen inside myself, I've heard it is awesome. There is also a new tunnel created from one of the hydro tunnels that gives a new view of the falls. There is a call for investors to do something similar in the Toronto Power Station.
