I once asked my Dad something along the lines of:
“What the's most memorable event of your lifetime?”
Given his birth in 1949, I'm thinking maybe he'll say:
- Cold war & nuclear proliferation?
- Humans landing on the moon?
- Sept. 11?
He thought for a moment, then responded: the internet.
When I asked why, he said nothing else has impacted every aspect of his life (and those around him) as much as that.
And he doesn't even like using it lol.
