This is absolutely the worst seasoning I've ever used. What's happening is that, for some baffling reason, all of the salt congregates into specific areas and there doesn't seem to be a particular pattern to it. You'll pour it on your food, be eating it with almost no salt taste and all the sudden within one bite your mouth will start burning from biting into a random sodium chloride mine field
