When SCOTUS drops a ruling that strips people of rights, we are told that we can do nothing. But when SCOTUS drops a ruling telling Texas to stop killing immigrants, they can deploy a private army to defy that ruling. This is fascism in action. The game is rigged and the playing field is uneven. This is asymmetrical civil warfare.
