"content": "#bikenite A8: After a few near misses with the metal hook ones, I bought a length of bungee cord at the hardware store, cut it into a few handy lengths and tied loops in the ends: those cords have been in regular use on bicycles and motorcycles for about 30 years now! \n\nThese days I mostly use Voile straps[*] although I have to admit I'm using hardware store knock-off ones.
