The probably all-female developer team didn't spot the obvious conundrum: everyone you can see in this trailer can be shot and killed. Filling your game with fat sheboons inevitably means that people will spend their time killing obese negresses, which is not what they meant to do. This problem did already arise with GTA V: troons were removed from the remastered version, because the main characters had "transphobic" dialogues and players tried to kill them as much as possible.
Unless they manage to cuck on the whole premise of the game, this is going to be a race war simulator.
