Yes, the judicial is the *last* and *least* fucked part of the US government, but it's still bad, and clearly getting worse. It's like pulling out moldy bread and say, except for the moldy parts, this is the most delicious food in the house.
That's not good. That's bad. This defense of American freedom should unnerve you. If this is all there is, you might just have a lot more practical freedom than you'd think in literal slave quarters somewhere else.
